Why add a 2015 1 oz. Silver Eagle | NGC MS69 (Doc Holliday Label) to your collection?
The American Silver eagle was created in tribute to the legendary old silver dollars that once passed between citizens and outlaws alike in the American Old West. The special NGC Doc Holliday labeled coin combines legends of the past with those of the present and makes a perfect addition to your collection.
This 2015 Silver Eagle has been encapsulated and graded as MS or Mint State 69 by the ‘Numismatic Guaranty Company’ NGC. The coin features a special label commemorating the legendary gambler and outlaw turned hero of the American Old West Doc Holliday. The silver eagle features the classic obverse design of Adolph A. Weinman’s Liberty Walking design that first appeared on U.S. half dollars in 1916. Lady Liberty draped in the U.S. flag is striding forward with her right hand outreached and carrying an olive branch in her left. Behind her on the left hand side the sun is shown rising with outstretched rays. The word Liberty encircles the top portion of the coin in bold lettering. Beneath her feet is the date of the coin and behind Liberty is the inscription “IN GOD WE TRUST.”
The coin's reverse features the heraldic eagle designed by John Mercanti. The top inscription spells out UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and the lower inscription 1 oz. FINE SILVER-ONE DOLLAR denoting the coin's weight and nominal value. Don’t gamble and be sure to get yours today.
