Why order this roll of 20 1 oz. Uncle Sam I Want You 100th Anniversary Silver rounds?
The silver rounds offered here were struck by Highland Mint. Each one is made of .999 fine silver and weighs 1 Troy oz. These rounds feature a design that was created to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the iconic Uncle Sam "I Want You" recruitment poster. These posters were first used in 1917 and are still known to many Americans today.
I Want You Centennial Anniversary design
On the obverse of each round, Uncle Sam is depicted pointing his finger at you just like on the original poster. The centennial anniversary dates can be seen at the bottom of the design. The upper portion is inscribed with "100TH ANNIVERSARY."
If you're looking for the silver content, the inscriptions stating it can be found on the reverse of each round. The central portion of the design displays a waving American flag. This side also has a Highland Mint mark.
