A swirling line design adorns the background, with the Capricorn symbol above, and the word "CAPRICORN" inscribed below.

Reverse: The reverse depicts the skeletal face of a zombie crescent moon overlapping a zombie sun. The sun's stylized rays divide the perimeter of the design into twelve segments, each containing one of the twelve astrological symbols and its corresponding star constellation pattern.
