Why order this 5 Rolls of 20 (100 Coins) American 2021 Silver Eagle coins?
The American Silver Eagle has been a staple of the United States Mint since its debut in 1986, bearing two iconic numismatic designs that have not changed over the series' 35 year history. Later in 2021 the U.S. Mint will start issuing 2021 dated bullion American Silver Eagles bearing a new reverse design. Every coin in these 5 rolls of 20 bears John Mercanti's original reverse design, allowing you to appreciate the series' iconic design one last time.
Featuring the Treasured Walking Liberty Design of Adolph Weinman
Obverse: These coins feature an obverse design from America's rich numismatic history: Adolph Weinman's Walking Liberty. Liberty is the picture of patriotism as she carries laurel and oak branches while draped in the American flag as the sun rises in the backdrop. Inscriptions on the obverse read, "LIBERTY," "IN GOD WE TRUST," and "2020." Adolph Weinman made major contributions to the American numismatic renaissance of the early 20th century. His most famous numismatic works are the Mercury dime and the Walking Liberty half dollar.
Reverse: Inspired by the Great Seal of the United States, John Mercanti designed the reverse. At the top are thirteen stars, symbols of the original states, and an eagle protects a union shield below. The designs are encircled by three rim inscriptions, which note the coin's country, "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," weight, "1 OZ. FINE SILVER," and face value, "ONE DOLLAR." John Mercanti spent nearly 40 years with the US Mint, which included time as its Chief Engraver. His work with the institution consists of more coin and medal designs than anyone else in its fabled history.
