Charming Year of the Rabbit DesignObverse: The obverse features the Coat of Arms of the Republic of Burundi, accompanied by the name of the issuing country, "2 OZ" and "AG 999," along with the coin's denomination of "25 FRANCS." An intricate maze pattern surrounds the emblem, which shimmers with a rainbow of holographic colors. Reverse: Two rabbits are depicted on the reverse, seated in a tranquil wilderness scene that is lush with spring foliage, a meandering stream, and low background hills. A circular jadestone, which is carved with an alert rabbit, a butterfly and a blooming branch, is centered above, between a gilded square privy mark and the Chinese character for "rabbit."
