Sought After Panda Series
Reverse: The reverse features the image of a pair of Giant Pandas sliding down a hill, a design which continues the story line of a growing giant panda that will run from 2019 through 2028. Alongside the adorable subjects of the design is a stylized "40" privy shaped from a panda. This unusual inclusion marks the 40th Anniversary of the China Panda series.
Obverse: The obverse features a historic and traditional design that never changes. The Hall of Prayers for Abundant Harvest is a noted Taoist Holy Site, celebrated by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
Brillliant, Perfect MS70, Lower Mintage, Hand Signed Qin Huang Labels
While bullion Gold Pandas do not carry a physical mint mark, thanks to close work with Chinese Mint officials, it was determined that the coins included in this set originate from the Shanghai Mint. The Mint is represented with an (S) on each certification label. In previous years, Shanghai has been responsible for about 15% of the mintage of Gold Panda coinage, which is traditionally the smallest out of the three mints that produce Pandas. The Mint State 70 examples included in the set are flawless and also earned the distinctive First Releases (FR) designation. The 5-piece set comes to you in the classic lucky red presentation box.
