Pair of Sliding Panda Cubs

Obverse: The obverse of this gold proof features the same design as other Chinese Panda coins. The Temple of Heaven and the date are displayed here.

Reverse: The reverse design for 2022 is sure to be a favorite for years to come. This is the work of Huang Qin. A pair of panda cubs are depicted as they slide down a hill in the snow. A 40th anniversary privy mark has been added to the design as well. Remember, this design even continues the "series within a series" that began in 2019 and will run through 2028 that will show a panda cub growing into full maturity.
