New Type 2 Reverse
Obverse: The date is inscribed on this side, just above the lower edge. The design shown here is known as Walking Liberty. The design was originally created by Adolph A. Weinman in 1916 and it received some modifications for 2021 to bring it closer to the original. The artist initials, "AW" appear on the obverse of Type 2 Silver Eagles. Liberty is shown walking across the scene with one arm extended.
Reverse: The new Eagle Landing design features a very high level of detail. Even its individual feathers can be seen clearly as it descends with a branch in its talons. The face value, silver weight, and "W" mint mark are all on this side.
