Why order this 2021-P Commemorative Christa McAuliffe Uncirculated Silver Dollar?

On January 28, 1986, millions of Americans were glued to their television sets to watch Christa McAuliffe become the first teacher in space. She and six others boarded the Space Shuttle Challenger full of hope and anticipation. Just 73 seconds after liftoff, though, hope became horror as the shuttle broke apart, killing all seven crew members. That night, President Ronald Reagan honored the heroes and consoled the nation as he delivered one of the most memorable speeches in American history. With this coin, the U.S. Mint commemorates the 35th anniversary of the disaster.
