Encircling it is a rim frame that bears two inscriptions, "People's Republic of China," which is in Chinese characters at the top, and "2021."
Reverse: Tong Fang's reverse design features a mother panda looking lovingly at her cub as he climbs a tree. The face value of the coin is included to the right. Along the rim are inscriptions of the coin's weight and purity, which together read, "30 G AG .999."
