Why add this Brilliant Uncirculated 10 Yuan 2021 1 g Gold Panda bullion coin to your collection?
In 1982, the China Mint introduced the Gold Panda series, with each subsequent release featuring a new panda design. In 2019, the Mint began a ten year series within a series, which delves into the fascinating life stages of a panda from cub to maturity. The 2021 design is the third release that shows a growing panda.
Beautiful 2021 Panda Design
Obverse: The obverse features one of China's most famed landmarks, the Hall of Prayer for Abundant Harvests, located in the Beijing Temple of Heaven complex constructed in the early 15th century. Inscriptions include the Chinese characters representing "People's Republic of China" and the year of issue "2021."
Reverse: The revere image depicts a mother panda patiently guiding her frisky cub up the trunk of a tree. Inscriptions include "1 g Au .999" along with the coin's face value of "10 Yuan." The design features a marvelous example of the artistic skill of Tong Fang, designer of the 2019 panda release.
