Canadian: The Canadian coin's obverse bears four portraits of Queen Elizabeth II. Each has graced Canadian coins for a period in the current monarch's reign. Inscriptions in the center note the coin's date, "2021," and the monarch's name and title, "ELIZABETH II D G REGINA." Jack Harman's reverse design features the Queen Elizabeth II Equestrian Monument, a famous Ottawa landmark. Inscriptions on this face note the name of the issuing country, "CANADA," and the coin's face value, "20 DOLLARS."

British: The obverse of the British coin features a right-side portrait of Queen Elizabeth II wearing earrings and her Royal Diamond Diadem. It was designed by Jody Clark. Inscriptions along the rim note the monarch's name and abbreviated Latin title, "ELIZABETH II D G REG F D," the coin's face value, "2 POUNDS," and its date, "2021." The reverse bears a floral design by Timothy Noad. The design, which includes a crown at the top, represents the nations of the empire. Inscribed along the rim are the date of the monarch's birth, "1926," and 95th anniversary, "2021," as well as the words "MY HEART AND DEVOTION."
