Obverse: The coat of arms of the Republic of Cameroon is centered on the obverse, surrounded by the inscriptions "REPUBLIQUE DU CAMEROUN," "2000 FRANCS CFA" and "AG 999." An eerie collage encircles the emblem, depicting various foliage, insects and serpents, along with the faces, eyes, hands and the tail of the Rusalka, with the date "2021" above.

Reverse: An aquatic themed design adorns the reverse, featuring a mesmerizing Rusalka accompanied by elements such as fish, octopus tentacles, frogs, water plants and her swimming sisters.
