This is an authenticated Last Day of Production 2021 Type-1 American Silver Eagle bullion coin! After thirty-five years of issue with unchanged imagery, the U.S. Mint introduced a new reverse design (Type-2) for its American Silver Eagle series in July 2021. Inscribed "LIBERTY," "2021" and "IN GOD WE TRUST."
Reverse: A heraldic eagle is centered on the reverse, portrayed with an olive branch and cluster of arrows in its grip. Inscribed "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," "1 OZ. FINE SILVER," "ONE DOLLAR" and "E PLURIBUS UNUM."
