Symbolic Basketball Designs
Three basketball players are depicted on the obverse. The players display diversity and all of them are reaching for the ball at the same time. This design is by Justin Kunz. The date is also located on this side of the coin.
The design on the reverse is by Donna Weaver. It provides a unique view of a basketball just before it passes through the net portion of a basketball hoop.This design pairs nicely with the coin’s curved shape to create a stunning level of eye appeal.
