The obverse is a replica of Adolph A. Weinman's 1916 Walking Liberty Half Dollar design, featuring Lady Liberty wrapped in an American flag, while strolling towards the rising sun carrying an enormous bouquet of oak and laurel branches. Inscribed "LIBERTY," "2020" and "IN GOD WE TRUST."
A heraldic eagle grasping an olive branch and arrows is featured on the reverse, created by John Mercanti. Inscriptions include "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," "1 OZ. FINE SILVER," "ONE DOLLAR," "E PLURIBUS UNUM" and the "W" Mint mark of the West Point Mint.
