Striking Chiwoo Cheonwang Design
Obverse: The obverse features a grotesque Dokkaebi design. While ugly in appearance, Dokkaebi represents good luck. Encircling his effigy are four sets of inscriptions: "2020 FINE SILVER 999," "REPUBLIC OF KOREA," "1 CLAY," and "KOMSCO."
Reverse: On the reverse, Chiwoo Cheonwang looks up at a gate that is held together by just an ill-fitting chain. He wields his sword and his shield as his cape blows in the wind. His name, "CHIWOO CHEONWANG," is inscribed in the upper left along the rim.
Virtually Flawless MS69 with Exclusive South Korea Label
Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC) graded this coin Mint State 69. That grade indicates that the medal appears perfect to the unaided eye. This grading information comes provided on a South Korea label, which features an example of the country's architecture and the South Korean flag.
