Obverse: Lady Liberty is depicted walking on the obverse, elegantly draped in an American flag, as originally envisioned for the 1916 Walking Liberty Half Dollar. Inscribed "LIBERTY," "2020" and "IN GOD WE TRUST." The design is credited to Adolph A. Weinman, an acclaimed early 20th century American sculptor.
Reverse: Featured on the reverse is a heraldic eagle grasping an olive branch and a cluster of arrows, designed by John Mercanti, the now retired 12th U.S. Mint Chief Engraver. Inscribed "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," "1 OZ. FINE SILVER," "ONE DOLLAR" and "E PLURIBUS UNUM."
