The reverse design by Richard Masters and Phebe Hemphill illustrates a Samoan fruit bat mother cradling her pup, while hanging from a tree. Inscriptions include "NATIONAL PARK," "AMERICAN SAMOA," "2020" and "E PLURIBUS UNUM," with ".999 FINE SILVER 5.0 OUNCE" on the smooth edge.
Sculptor John Flanagan's 1932 rendition of Founding Father George Washington is located on the obverse, surrounded by the inscriptions "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," "LIBERTY," "IN GOD WE TRUST," "QUARTER DOLLAR" and the Philadelphia Mint mark "P."
