Powerful Diversity Design by Justin Kunz
Obverse: Justin Kunz designed the obverse, on which three players reach for a ball. Kunz shows them with slightly elongated arms, which represents the exertion players make. The players, two men, one of whom is in a wheelchair, and one woman, represent the diversity of people who play the game. Inscriptions on the obverse include "LIBERTY," "IN GOD WE TRUST," and "2020."
Reverse: Donna Weaver's reverse design features a ball dropping through a colorized rim and net. Inscriptions along the rim read, "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," "E PLURIBUS UNUM," and "ONE DOLLAR."
