Obverse: The obverse bears John Flanagan's portrait of President George Washington. It is flanked by a pair of inscriptions, "LIBERTY" and "IN GOD WE TRUST." Rim inscriptions note the name of the issuing country, "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," and the coin's face value, "QUARTER DOLLAR."
Reverse: Donna Weaver designed and Michael Gaudioso sculpted the reverse design. A young girl plants a Norway spruce seedling near a tree. A rim frame encircling the image bears four inscriptions, "MARSH-BILLINGS-ROCKEFELLER," "VERMONT," "2020," and "E PLURIBUS UNUM."

That information includes the company's second highest grade, Mint State 69.
