The 2020 Basketball Hall of Fame commemoratives are also dome shaped and were struck by the U.S. Mint in celebration of the 60th anniversary of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. This uncirculated Basketball Hall of Fame half dollar was struck at the Denver Mint and has a clad composition. Impressively Detailed Basketball DesignsThe Denver Mint's "D" mint mark is located on the obverse, just above the date. The background of the design shows the inside of a basketball net. In the foreground, 3 basketball players are shown reaching for the ball. The face value is among the inscriptions on the reverse. This side of the coin is convex, which pairs perfectly with the highly detailed basketball design. GEM BU in OGPThis clad half dollar has not been certified, it's in GEM Brilliant Uncirculated condition just like when it left the U.S. Mint. It's even still in its original government packaging, which includes a box and a certificate of authenticity.
