Why add this First Day of Issue 2020 American Gold Buffalo $50 bullion coin to your collection?
The United States Mint's first ever 24 karat gold series was the American Gold Buffalo, introduced in 2006. The familiar Indian Head/Buffalo design first appeared on the 1913 Type 1 Buffalo Nickel designed by acclaimed American sculptor James Earle Fraser. Representing the Gold Buffalo's 15th year of release, this 2020 dated bullion coin is struck from 1 Troy oz. of .9999 fine gold.
Historic Early 20th Century Buffalo Nickel Design
