Why add this Brilliant Uncirculated 2020 American Silver Eagle coin to your collection of precious metals?
The American Silver Eagle was introduced by the U.S. Mint in 1986. The series features the revival of the personification of Liberty created by sculptor Adolph A. Weinman for the Walking Liberty Half Dollar in 1916. Representing the 35th year of release of the popular series, this 2020 American Silver Eagle bullion coin is struck from 1 Troy oz. of .999 fine silver.
Breathtaking Patriotic Imagery
Weinman's Lady Liberty appears on the obverse striding toward a rising sun draped in the American flag, while carrying a bouquet of long oak and laurel branches. Inscriptions include "LIBERTY," "2020" and "IN GOD WE TRUST."
The reverse, designed by John Mercanti, illustrates a heraldic eagle behind a shield grasping an olive branch and arrows; a magnificently detailed homage to the Great Seal of the United States. Inscribed "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," "1 OZ. FINE SILVER," "ONE DOLLAR" and "E PLURIBUS UNUM."
