Why purchase this 2019-W Lincoln Cent + 2019 U.S. Mint Set?
The US Mint Set is an annual favorite among collectors who do not overlook America's circulated coinage. This set has a bonus, though: one of the first ever Lincoln Cents struck with the "W" mint mark of the West Point Mint. It boasts an uncirculated finish. The coin is one of three issued in 2019 to bear the prestigious mark and is a 'must have' for students of American numismatic history. The Lincoln cent has been graded by Numismatic Guarantee Corporation (NGC) and the rest of the set arrives in its original government packaging.
Traditional President Lincoln design by Victor D. Brenner
The Lincoln Cent bears Victor D. Brenner's portrait of America's 16th President, which has appeared on the coin since 1909. Along with the right-side effigy are the inscriptions "LIBERTY," "IN GOD WE TRUST," and "2019." Lyndall Bass's reverse design consists of a ribbon that bears the coin's face value, "ONE CENT," unfurled over a union shield, which bears the inscription "E PLURIBUS UNUM" (From many, one). "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" is inscribed along the rim at the top.
In terms of the set itself, the Washington quarters and Sacagawea Dollar are especially noteworthy. The dollar's reverse celebrates the contributions made by Native Americans to NASA, while the quarters continue the rich tradition of the America the Beautiful Series. Massachusetts, the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, Texas, and Idaho are all represented in this set.
Exquisite GEM Unc FDI with Lincoln Label
Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC) provided their grading information for this coin on a label that bears an image of President Lincoln. The prestigious grading company certified that the coin is in GEM Uncirculated condition, which means that it was well struck. They also indicated that the coin was submitted through an exclusive process by certifying it First Day of Issue.

PLEASE NOTE: This U.S. Mint product was not purchased by us directly from the Mint but from collectors like you and other dealers. We make every effort to make sure the packaging is acceptable and that the coins are problem free. You may, however, receive coins that have toning or haze. This occurs naturally over time and is common to see. There may be some imperfections in packaging due to the sets leaving one collection to go into another. Please keep this in mind when examining your sets.
