Why Add This MS70 First Day of Issue 2019-(W) Silver Eagle with a Black Core Slab to Your Collection?
The Silver Eagle offered here has a brilliant uncirculated finish. It was struck at the West Point branch of the U.S. Mint for 2019. Since it has a brilliant uncirculated finish, it doesn't have a mintmark. The fact that this coin came from the West Point Mint was determined by examining the original Monster Box it was packed in.
Inspiring Liberty and Bald Eagle Designs
The obverse of this coin displays the date and Adolph A. Weinman's well-known Walking Liberty design. This side is also inscribed with "LIBERTY" and "IN GOD WE TRUST." The stars and stripes can be seen flowing around Liberty as she carries a bundle of branches.
The inscriptions on the reverse include the silver weight and face value. The design here shows a heraldic bald eagle. There are even 13 stars just above the eagle.
MS70 First Day of Issue with a Black Core Holder
This coin received the coveted First Day of Issue designation for being submitted to the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation on its official release date. Since no imperfections could be found, it was awarded a perfect Mint State 70 grade. Its presentation is complimented by a black core slab.
