A Modern Day SuperstarStephen Curry emerged as a collegiate star playing for Davidson from 2006-2009. He was three times named first-team All-SoCon (Southern Conference) and was twice named SoCon Player of the Year. He was a consensus second-team All-American in 2008 and consensus first-team All-American in 2009. In 2009, he also led the nation in scoring. In 2009, Curry decided to forego his senior year and enter the NBA Draft. Curry was selected seventh overall by the Golden State Warriors. He has been with the Warriors since. Curry made an immediate impact,, earning NBA All-Rookie First Team honors in 2010. He has led his team to three NBA titles (2015, 2017, and 2018) and was twice NBA MVP (2015 and 2016). He has been an eight-time All-Star and four-time All-NBA First Team. He was also named to the NBA 75th Anniversary Team. Internationally, Curry played on two Team USA FIBA World Cup gold medal winning teams (2010 and 2014).
