The ten San Francisco minted coins are presented in the original Mint packaging and certified to be in GEM Proof condition. Individually encapsulated in a labeled NGC holder, the 2019-W Proof Lincoln Cent was awarded the grade of Proof 70 Ultra Cameo Red (UC RD) for its sharp strike, flawless surfaces and gorgeous red color. The set is accompanied by a U.S. Mint Certificate of Authenticity.
