Why order this Proof 2018-W American Silver Eagle?

Collectors looking for a stunning modern coin with a classic design will love this 2018-W Silver American Eagle Proof. The coin is part of the thirty-third issue of the Silver Eagle, a series that began in 1986. This piece was struck from 1 oz. of .999 fine silver at the West Point Mint, which is represented by the "W" Mint mark on the reverse.

Historic Walking Liberty Design by Adolph Weinman

The obverse image was taken from Adolph Weinman's Walking Liberty half dollar. It features Liberty draped in the American flag and wearing a Phrygian cap. She carries laurel and oak branches as she extends her hand, as though presenting the new day's sun to the holder.

John Mercanti designed the reverse, which is similar to the Great Seal of the United States. It consists of an eagle protecting a union shield. At the top is an arrangement of thirteen stars, one for each of the original states.

Impeccable PF70 UC FDI

Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC) certified that this coin is flawless as seen under 5x magnification by giving it their highest grade, Proof 70 (PF70). NGC also certified that the coin's contrasts between frosted devices and mirrored fields are strong enough to warrant Ultra Cameo (UC) certification and indicated that the piece went through a unique submission process that enabled them to label it a First Day of Issue (FDI).

Don't miss your chance to own this American 2018-W Silver Eagle Proof.
