Why add this Commemorative 2018-W $10 American Proof Gold Liberty to your collection
This American 2018-W $10 Commemorative Proof Gold Liberty is the second issue in the series. At 1/10 oz., this coin was issued to be more accessible than its 1 oz. predecessor. Struck from .9999 fine gold at the West Point Mint and bearing a "W" Mint mark, it is perfect for collectors who celebrate American diversity, equality and freedom.
Breathtaking Liberty Design by Justin Kunz
The coin's obverse bears the same design as appeared on the series debut in 2017. The work of Justin Kunz, it shows Liberty as an African-American woman wearing a crown of stars. She faces the left side of the coin but has her shoulders open toward the holder.
Chris Costello designed the reverse. There, an eagle is shown from the left. The bird, which is in flight, has a look of determination on its face.
