Struck in 2018 in celebration of the state of Minnesota, this 5 oz. silver coin is the 3rd release this year from the popular and highly collectible America the Beautiful series. The coin bears an image of the Voyageurs National Park with a common loon set in the foreground; this design is created by the U.S. Mint and is in excellent Specimen 70 (SP70) condition.

Celebrating the Beautiful Scenery of the U.S.

The obverse bears the traditional left-facing portrait of the first president of the United States, George Washington. The design includes inscriptions that read, "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," "LIBERTY," "IN GOD WE TRUST" and "QUARTER DOLLAR."

The reverse celebrates Minnesota's Voyageurs National Park through a design featuring a common loon set in front of a rocky cliff and forest line.
