The obverse depicts the Great Wall of China and a panda holding the emblem for the ANA. Featured on the reverse is a tribute to the Franklin Half Dollar Liberty Bell design, modified to include the inscription "PHILADELPHIA." Independence Hall appears in the background, with the inscriptions "ANA" and "WORLD'S FAIR OF MONEY."
