This 2018 dated coin is the second of five planned releases of the series for the year, struck at the Philadelphia Mint from 5 Troy oz. of .999 fine silver.

The incredible rock formations that compose the sea caves of Devils Island are depicted on the reverse, with a kayaker upon the waters of Lake Superior below. The image border is inscribed "APOSTLE ISLANDS," "WISCONSIN," "2018" and "E PLURIBUS UNUM," with ".999 FINE SILVER 5.0 OUNCE" on the smooth edge.
Sculpted in 1932 by John Flanagan, the obverse features the familiar profile of George Washington. Inscriptions include "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," "LIBERTY," "IN GOD WE TRUST," "P" and "QUARTER DOLLAR."
