Why order this Mint State 69 First Day of Issue 2017-W Burnished Silver Eagle with a black core slab?

Since the addition of the burnished finish to the American Silver Eagle series in 2006, these coins have become a favorite of collectors. This 2017 Silver Eagle has a burnished finish. It was struck at the West Point branch of the U.S. Mint and has a "W" Mint mark.

Inspiring symbolic designs on obverse and reverse

The sun can be seen shining in the background as Liberty makes her way forward on the obverse. She has one arm extended while she carries a bundle of branches with the other. This is an Adolph A. Weinman design.

The work of retired Chief Engraver of the U.S. Mint John Mercanti can be found on the reverse. This heraldic bald eagle design was created by Mercanti decades before serving as Chief Engraver.
