Detailed Dragon and Phoenix design

To have this coin graded and encapsulated it was submitted to the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC). Since it was sent as soon as it was released it received the First Day of Issue designation. No imperfections could be found when it was examined, so it received a perfect Mint State 70 grade.
