Why buy this Mint State 69 2017-(P) Silver Eagle with a liberty bell label?

Practically everyone is familiar with the American Silver Eagle, demand for these coins drove production to a figure of 47,000,000 in 2015. This 2017 Silver Eagle has a standard finish. It doesn't have a Mint mark, but the original Monster Box it came from indicates it was struck at the Philadelphia Mint.

Intricate iconic designs

The detailed Liberty design on the obverse was created by Adolph A. Weinman over a century ago. It was once used for circulating coins, but its sheer popularity led to its use in this series.

John Mercanti created the design on the reverse. The bald eagle features an impressive level of detail. Between the tips of its wings there are 13 stars symbolizing the original colonies.
