Why add this 2016-P Australia $1 1 oz. Silver Wedge Tailed Eagle |NGC MS69 Early Releases (Exclusive Australia Label) to your collection?
This 2016-P Australia 1 oz. Silver Wedge Tailed Eagle received the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation’s (NGC’s) second highest grade of MS69 while also being designated among the Early Releases. That makes it a very attractive option for you if you love being able to fully appreciate the beauty of a coin while avoiding the premium associated with a perfect one. Perched upon the branch of a tree, the bird for which the coin is named dominates the left face of the reverse. The lack of scenery in the background gives the impression that the bird is perched high in a tree. The eagle’s head turns toward the right of the holder, thus making it appear as though it is looking at him with its right eye. You can find information about the coin’s metal content in the lower left, where an inscription along the rim reads, “2016 1 OZ 999 SILVER.” The name of the coin, “AUSTRALIAN WEDGE-TAILED EAGLE,” arches down the right side of the rim. On the obverse, Queen Elizabeth II’s portrait is surrounded by inscriptions along the rim. Share in this latest edition of this relatively new yet very popular coin today by adding this piece to your collection.
