2015 Niue $2 Monuments - Jefferson Memorial
The writer of the Declaration of Independence and philosopher Thomas Jefferson became the third President of the United States. His service to the American people was highly valuable, as a number of the ideas he formed have become an indelible part of what America stands for. Fittingly, a monument was erected in Washington, D.C. in his honor, and is one of the most visited monuments in the United States today.
This beautiful coin has a multi-level design with incuse relief lettering that makes the beautiful curves and angles in the architecture of this structure stand out nicely!
