Why add this 1 oz. 10 Yuan 2015 China Silver Panda to your collection
This 2015 Silver 1 oz. China Panda was issued by the People's Bank of China and comes to us from the China Gold Coin Corp. Struck from .999 fine silver, the coin weighs 1 Troy oz. It comes from the final year in which Chinese coins were minted in imperial weights.
Beautiful Panda Design
The obverse of this Silver 2015 Panda features the Hall of Prayer for Abundant Harvests, which is located in Beijing's Temple of Heaven. "People's Republic of China" is inscribed above the image, while the year of issue, "2015," is inscribed at the bottom.
On the reverse of the coin is a single seated panda. It faces slightly to the right of the holder and leans back on its right front paw as it eats bamboo leaves, which it holds in its left front paw. Bamboo leaves adorn the top and bottom of this face, while a wall of bamboo stalks serves as the backdrop for the main image. The coin's face value, 10 Yuan, is inscribed in the upper right-hand corner.
