Why add this 2014-P $1 Silver National Baseball Hall of Fame Commemorative NGC MS70 (Boston Red Sox Label) to your collection?
This 2014-P Silver National Baseball Hall of Fame Commemorative makes a great addition to the collection of any Red Sox fan. The images on the coin are quite simple: one side features an open baseball glove positioned vertically while the other is a baseball that takes up the full face of the coin. What sets this piece apart, though, is that the side that has the glove is convex while the side with the ball is concave. Adding this dimension to the coin makes both sides look more realistic and helps this piece to stand apart in any collection. This coin was given a perfect grade, MS70, but the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC), which provided that grade on a specialized logo. The standard grading text for the logo appears against a backdrop of a grass field. Painted onto that field is the widely recognized “B,” which is a part of the Red Sox uniforms. The Major League Baseball (MLB) logo appears in the lower right of this section. On the right hand side is a red area with the Boston Red Sox logo. This is a great piece not just for Red Sox fans but for all baseball fans.
This 2014-P Baseball Hall of Fame Commemorative Silver Dollar NGC MS70 (Red Sox Label) is proudly minted by the U.S. Mint. The United States Mint was founded in 1792 and manufactures circulating, collectible, and bullion coinage.
