Featuring the work of Anthony de Francisci
The obverse was created by Anthony de Francisci and depicts a left-facing portrait of Lady Liberty wearing a crown. This design is reminiscent of a Roman coin and includes inscriptions that read, "LIBERTY," "IN GOD WE TRUST" and the date of release.
The reverse features a single bald eagle perched atop a rocky cliff, while in its talons is clutched an olive branch.
