Unique Incuse Native American Design by Bela Lyon Pratt
Obverse: Both faces of this coin bear designs by Bela Lyon Pratt. On the obverse is a left-side profile of a Native American man wearing a large, feathered headdress. It is encircled by two inscriptions, "LIBERTY" and "1925,"
Reverse: An eagle stands proudly perched upon arrows that are wrapped in an olive branch on the reverse. The statutory inscriptions "E PRLUIBUS UNUM" and "IN GOD WE TRUST" flank the bird. "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" and "2 1/2 DOLLARS" are inscribed along the rim.
