MS64 Green Label
Mint State 64 (MS64) examples are coins with abundant eye appeal, spectacular original surfaces, beguiling mint luster and few distractions. Contact marks or hairlines tend to be small, overlook-able and in non-focal areas in this grade. Circulation strike MS64 coins are often sought after by many collectors at every level of the hobby, especially when they are nearly 100 years old! The Green Label indicates that a particular coin underwent a two-step process. Before undergoing the strict authentication and certification process at NGC, this silver dollar also met or exceeded a set of standards established by industry experts at RARCOA. This process allows collectors to rest easy knowing they are adding a coin to their collection that has undergone additional scrutiny and possesses exceptional features.
