MS66 GEM Uncirculated Example
Mint State 66 coins are fully uncirculated coins with an above average quality strike and full mint luster. Two or three minor distractions are allowed in this grade. The grade is noted for above average eye appeal. The NGC Green Label is reserved for coins that before being submitted to NGC for grading also met standards set by Rare Coin Company of America (RARCOA) for features such as luster, toning, strike, and eye-appeal. Coins that qualify for the NGC Green Label allow collectors to build collections of superior quality examples that have undergone RARCOA's additional scrutiny alongside NGC's certification process.
