Why add the 1923-P Silver Peace Dollar NGC MS63 Green Label to your collection?
Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC) graded this 1923 Silver Peace Dollar at the solid Mint State 63 (MS63) level and awarded it their Green Label which was the result of a collaboration between Rare Coin Company of America (RARCOA) and the grading company.
Transcendent Peace Dollar Design
Obverse: The obverse of the Peace Dollar features the left-facing portrait of Lady Liberty. She wears a shining crown of light with her hair flowing in the wind. Mr. de Francisci's wife Teresa served as model.
Reverse: The reverse features the stoic American Bald Eagle on a mountaintop witnessing the dawning of a metaphorical new day, bathed in sunlight and hope for the future.
Attractive MS63 with Green Label
Mint State 63 coins have good strikes. They are lustrous examples with solid eye appeal and original surfaces. They have a few distractions and those tend to be minor. The Green Label is only awarded to coins of exceptional quality that before being certified by NGC, were identified by industry experts at Rare Coin Company of America (RARCOA) for having exceptional elements such as outstanding toning, excellent luster, or a solid strike. This additional review allows collectors to easily identify visually superior coins to add to their collection.
