The Silver Peace Dollar was first struck by the U.S. Mint between 1921 to 1928, and then a final time in 1934 and 1935. The Peace Dollar is the last silver coin released by the Mint for circulation and was issued to commemorate peace at the end of the first World War. This Peace Dollar was struck in 1922 at the U.S. Mint and is in Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) condition.

Featuring a design emblematic of peace

The obverse features a left-facing portrait of Lady Liberty, she is seen wearing a radiate crown with the word "LIBERTY" inscribed above her.

Pictured on the reverse is a majestic bald eagle perched atop a rock clutching an olive branch in its talons. Encircling this design are inscriptions that read, "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," "ONE DOLLAR," "PEACE" and the traditional American motto, "E PLURIBUS UNUM."
