Obverse: The obverse depicts Lady Liberty as a young woman facing left, encircled by thirteen stars. Her hair is entwined with a beaded ribbon and gathered at the back of her head, beneath a "LIBERTY" inscribed coronet. The year of issue, "1907," is located below.

Reverse: A heraldic eagle is centered on the reverse, clutching three arrows and an olive branch, with the national motto "IN GOD WE TRUST" inscribed on a rippling banner above. The inscriptions "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" and "FIVE D" surround the powerful patriotic image.

The green label indicates that the coin was subjected to an initial review, and met or exceeded guidelines established by a team of independent numismatic experts at the Rare Coin Company of America (RARCOA) regarding strike, luster, tone and eye appeal, before then being submitted to NGC for grading.
