MS63 Beauty, Green Label Quality
Mint State 63 coins are well-struck, have good mint luster and lovely eye appeal. Any distractions will tend to me minimal. The presence of the Green Label indicates that prior to being submitted to NGC where it was graded and encapsulated, it was first identified by numismatic experts at RARCOA for meeting or exceeding a set of guidelines referencing luster, strike, eye-appeal, and toning.
