Patriotic Liberty and Bald Eagle Designs by Morgan

The date can be found on the obverse. Both sides feature designs by George T. Morgan. The obverse shows his depiction of Liberty wearing a cap. The border of the design is formed by the date, 13 stars, and "E PLURIBUS UNUM."

The design on the reverse shows a bald eagle with its wings held high. An olive branch and a bundle of arrows can be seen in its talons. The face value is at the bottom of the design below the wreath.

The Numismatic Guaranty Corporation was selected to grade this silver dollar. It received the grade of Mint State 62 from their 70 point scale. That means this coin is in uncirculated condition. Some flaws are visible, but these are often caused by the way these coins were handled during transport from the Mint to banks.
