Impressive Classic Designs on Obverse and Reverse
The upper portion of the obverse is inscribed with "E PLURIBUS UNUM." The central portion of the obverse shows a detailed depiction of Liberty. She has wavy hair and is wearing a small cap. This work of art was created by George T. Morgan.
The reverse shows a bald eagle design by Morgan. This bald eagle is shown holding its chest out and its wings high. It's partially surrounded by a wreath. The "O" mintmark is near the bottom of the design.
